Delivery details

As all Island Hampers gift boxes are packaged and sent from Waiheke Island it is important to plan your gift giving early. Sending gifts out of Auckland will take longer, especially to rural areas.

Courier Areas

Waiheke Island
we offer FREE next-day delivery to Waiheke Island.

$5 same-day delivery. We can rush deliveries out same-day but the order must be received before 12pm. Same-day delivery applies only to addresses within the Matiatia-Onetangi areas inclusive. That is, deliveries to the South and South East of Onetangi (known locally as 'the bottom end') cannot be made same-day.

(Should no one be home for local Waiheke Island deliveries the Island Hamper will be left in the safest place obvious to the deliverer.)

Auckland metropolitan area
$ 10.00 per 25kg - Next day delivery.
Defined as being from Whangaparaoa to Takanini central. It does not include Ranui, Riverhead, Clevedon, Beachlands, Pukekohe, Dairy Flat, Kumeu, Paremuremu, parts of Titirangi and Henderson.
The last freight ferry from Waiheke is 6.15pm for next day delivery. Final orders for the day need to be received by 3.00pm.

North Island (except Auckland)
North Island $15.00 per 5kg - Allow 1-2 days
The following areas are included within the North Island Delivery Zone: Pukekohe, Beachlands, Kumeu, Riverhead, Helensville, Kaipara, Kaukapakapa and parts of Titirangi.
Rural delivery may take longer.
Deliveries can only be made to this North Island courier zone Monday to Friday.

South Island
South Island $25.00 per 5kg - Allow 2-4 days.
During busy times, such as Christmas, Mothers Day e.t.c. delivery can take up to 5 days.
Deliveries can only be made to the South Island Monday to Friday.
Rural Delivery (RD) will take longer due to the infrequent schedules of Rural Couriers.

International Delivery
We can deliver Island Hampers internationally but please note the delivery times when you order as it varies from country to country.

DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery method
Standard Courierpost. This cost will be adjusted if the incorrect area is entered.

Damaged on Receipt
No liability is accepted for damage to goods in transit, however we will try and recover costs from the courier if they are liable. Usually the carriers insurance will cover damage but you must contact us urgently if a Hamper does arrive damaged, so we can start the insurance process.

Rural Deliveries
Allow an additional 1-3 days longer depending on Rural Courier schedules.

Incorrect Addresses
If the address you give us is incorrect, you will be charged a re-direction fee.
